1 General Terms & Conditions

Taka Bet VIP (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform", "we", or "Company") is an internationally licensed online gaming platform operated specifically for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Taka Bet VIP.

• Deposits are typically credited instantly or within 30 minutes at most.

Withdrawal Policy

• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳2,00,000

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Taka Bet VIP regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has its own terms, which must be read before claiming.

General Bonus Terms

• Wagering Requirement: A specified wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing a bonus (typically 20–35x the bonus amount).
• Validity: Most bonuses are valid for 7–30 days.
• Game Restrictions: Some bonuses are only valid on specific games.
• Maximum Bet: A maximum bet limit applies while a bonus is active.

Bonus Abuse

If the bonus system is abused — such as using multiple accounts, claiming bonuses through multiple members of the same household, or employing risk-free betting strategies — the relevant bonuses and winnings will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

5 Gaming Rules

All games available on taka bet vip are powered by internationally certified RNG technology. Every game outcome is entirely random and never predetermined.

Sports Betting

Please keep the following in mind when placing bets in the Sports Betting section:

• Bets placed before a match begins cannot be cancelled.
• If a match is abandoned or postponed, all bets will be refunded.
• If odds change, the odds at the time the bet was placed will apply.
• Maximum payout up to ৳10,00,000 per event.

Live Casino

If a technical issue occurs during a Live Casino game — such as an internet disconnection — any pending bets may be voided and refunded. However, the results of completed rounds will be considered final.

Crash Game

In crash games, if the game crashes before you cash out, the bet for that round is considered lost. Using the auto cash-out feature is strongly recommended.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Taka Bet VIP platform. Violations may result in account termination and legal action:

• Using any software, bot, or automation tool to influence gameplay.
• Attempting to hack the platform's systems or launching a cyberattack.
• Exploiting any platform vulnerability or bug to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to gain a betting advantage.
• Money laundering or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Opening an account using a false identity or someone else's information.
• Harassing or threatening platform staff.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

Taka bet vip reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close your account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Self-exclusion at your own request.

Inactive Account Policy

An account will be marked inactive after 12 months with no login or transaction activity. A maintenance fee of ৳100 or 5% of the balance (whichever is lower) will be charged monthly on inactive accounts. Contact support to reactivate your account.

8 Privacy & Data Protection

11 Right to Amend Terms

Taka Bet VIP reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, in part or in full, at any time. In the event of changes:
